Fast & efficient, fair quality goods, excellent for the price. The waste fittings were slightly at odds with the connecting waste from my local plumbers merchant (I think 38mm v. 40mm ?) but a bit of a trim with a Stanley at the start and some Fairy liquid soon sorted that. Fitted and working for months now, no complaints; would happily use again.

As sometimes happens even in the best regulated circles a mishap can occur. Unfortunately there was a problem with the basin tap I purchased online. I contacted Grandtaps about the problem and a new piece to the tap was despatched immediately without quibble or hassle. The new piece has been fitted and the tap is now operating perfectly. I explained this to Grand Taps and asked if I could return them as I realised it was over the 14 day return period (but not my much), however Grand Taps refused which i was a bit disappointed with....anyone want to buy a brand new set of taps??

Excellent service taps were needed to complete job and after being let down by a main DIY shop found exact taps here for a quarter of the price. They arrived quickly - and even came in a nice cloth bags which was very handy to put the wedge of cash wanted by the kitchen fitter :-) will be back again
