Floorstanding taps...Look beautiful, good solid finish - not flimsy. Shower attachment very powerful, only tiny criticism is that water doesn't flow fast through the pipes for the bath as the pipes are quite small (so my plumber explained) so takes a while to fill - but not a problem really.

Service was quick and professional, well packaged. Would use this company again.

Nice sink and good value. Bowl welding joint now entirely uniform. Full drainage kit included but not UK standard so not useful to connect to existing 40mm drain pipe and had to buy a separate set.

Was very happy with your service. Goods arrived very fast and price was good too. However the item broke within 3 weeks and has got stuck into the hose. This will mean I must replace the entire hose, purchesing a new hose and calling a pluber to insall it.

lives in a flat with an old combination cylinder his existing taps were dribbling due to low head pressure the taps purchased were stylish work on low head pressure and considerably cheaper than the manufacture would sell direct for a good result all round

Not particularly happy I'm afraid.
I bought a Slotted Pop Up Waste Plug, when it arrived the popup centre was blue whereas the one in the picture on the website was shown as silver to match the outside. It also looks cheap and the centre part falls limply to one side when it's in the poped-up position, which looks a mess and I would want to leave the plug open most of the time. The price was good but I suppose you get what you pay for I'm afraid. To be fair, because it was so cheap I haven't bothered asking for my money back or for a replacement as i'd have to go to the trouble of sending it back. I decided not to install it and went down to homebase and bought a simple push operated one there instead, (which was more expensive).

The 1.5 under mount sink is in place and looks great, however, the trap didn't allow for a feed to the dishwasher so that was a pain and additional expense when the plumber came to fit it. The hand soap dispenser looks very stylish and is a great price - a fraction of others I have found online. Delivered promptly. I'd definitely use Grandtaps again.

No complaints at all with the service recieved!Just a minor 'niggle' with the product which I no reflection on Grand Taps, The hose on the 'pull out tap' is for me, far too long(1.5m) to fit under the sink with all the tackle I keep there. I would like to find a shorter (1m)hose but haven't had any luck so far

Very quick delivery. When first fitted we were disappointed with the diminished flow from the hot tap. However we found a more experienced plumber who changed the tail to one with a bigger bore. We are now very pleased with the performance and also the style.

This replaced a tap of very similar design that was bought from a well known high street DIY store, not Wickes (good stuff) and not homebase (amazingly bad stuff), that leaked just a little where the hose attaches to the tap head when ever you used it, hardly noticed it really. I didn't spot this leak until water damaged the kitchen unit. Clearly the product never went through any quality control so I replaced it with this unit from Grandtaps that cost around the same but is of far superior quality and of course there's no leak.
Very pleased with the product, the price and the efficient way the order was handled by GT - Thanks, will be buying again

Sink and Taps arrived promptly. All now fitted. Taps, very good quality and well packed in cloth bag to avoid any scratches and knocks in transit. Good soft flush. Flexible hoses fitted well.
Sink, a little thinner material than I was expecting, but adequate for my intended use. I needed to mount the tap on the sink and so cut a hole for the tap, but needed to re-enforce it with bracket from behind for stability.

Delivery was very good and the tap is great apart from the fact that one of the handles is very loose. Is there a way to tighten this? There are no visible screws and it was fitted by the kitchen fitter so I can't see a way to do it.

sorry to hear that you have a problem with the tap.

Here is the fix:
Switch off the water heating system, shut off the mains supply, and open hot and cold taps at the lowest point in the building. Allow them to run until empty
Unscrew the handle lever from the handle by hand
Using a 2.5mm A/F allen key tighten the revealed grub screw until the handle is tight

received goods in good time, and very pleased with the look of the taps.there is a slight problem in that the cap (H) that hides the screw with the o ring tends to fall out of top of the hot tap handle when I`M cleaning the taps. The o-ring I think is not quite tight enough to hold it in.Other then that taps work very well

I ordered 2 radiators on sunday night and first on tues. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit so rang and explained and advised replacement would be sent to me. Problems are sometimes inevitable but I was very pleased with how this was sorted out with no hassle or questions. Extra padding was added to the replacement and second radiator which arrived undamaged ! Very pleased with speed of service, price and quality and of course how my complaint. was handled. Lovely taps but when fitted a little disappointed. On the wash basin only, the left tap when closed at the top does not align correctly thus making the tap top look slightly off. You have to manually adjust tap top in line with rest of fitment. There is little I can do now the tap is fitted

First sink arrived but was a damaged repaired sink, a good repair but I did not buy a "B" grade sink, But it was replaced resonably quickly. The second sink was also damaged but I unfortunatly did not notice until the day of installing it I managed to repair it so it was usable but I could not charge the customer for It.My only advice is check and check again before you sign for it.

The waste fittings were slightly at odds with the connecting waste from my local plumbers merchant (I think 38mm v. 40mm ?) but a bit of a trim with a Stanley at the start and some Fairy liquid soon sorted that. I ordered a double bowl drainer sink and apart from anything else, it was delivered very swiftly. The price was competitive to say the least: £128 inc delivery, and the sink came with the tap and waste pipes.
The product is of good quality and will compliment my kitchen very well when I have finished making it, and fit it.

I recently bought some taps from Grand Taps and they arrived and were lovely and a very good price, however I had already bought a sink and when I opened the sink packaging there was already a set of taps included. I explained this to Grand Taps and asked if I could return them as I realised it was over the 14 day return period (but not my much), however Grand Taps refused which i was a bit disappointed with....anyone want to buy a brand new set of taps??
