Lovely taps but when fitted a little disappointed. On the wash basin only, the left tap when closed at the top does not align correctly thus making the tap top look slightly off. You have to manually adjust tap top in line with rest of fitment. There is little I can do now the tap is fitted

Targa monobloc tap arrived safe and well packed. Quality is excellent and the action very smooth. However the plastic screw-in outlet causes a very splashy flow of both hot and cold water.Any advice would be welcome!

Taps and sink arrived promptly well packaged.
Sink installed well however the tap unit proved difficult to install as the feed pipes should have been staggered to allow ease on tightening the retaining nuts.

First sink arrived but was a damaged repaired sink, a good repair but I did not buy a "B" grade sink, But it was replaced resonably quickly. The second sink was also damaged but I unfortunatly did not notice until the day of installing it I managed to repair it so it was usable but I could not charge the customer for It.My only advice is check and check again before you sign for it.

Fast & efficient, fair quality goods, excellent for the price. The waste fittings were slightly at odds with the connecting waste from my local plumbers merchant (I think 38mm v. 40mm ?) but a bit of a trim with a Stanley at the start and some Fairy liquid soon sorted that. Fitted and working for months now, no complaints; would happily use again.

As sometimes happens even in the best regulated circles a mishap can occur. Unfortunately there was a problem with the basin tap I purchased online. I contacted Grandtaps about the problem and a new piece to the tap was despatched immediately without quibble or hassle. The new piece has been fitted and the tap is now operating perfectly. Just about the cheapest ceramic basin taps I could find, but quality was fine and delivery quick. What more could you want. Hopefully I won't have to change a washer ever again.

Excellent service taps were needed to complete job and after being let down by a main DIY shop found exact taps here for a quarter of the price. They arrived quickly - and even came in a nice cloth bags which was very handy to put the wedge of cash wanted by the kitchen fitter :-) will be back again
